The staff was friendly and it was clean.
The suite was the size of normal rooms at other hotels.
The hotel was clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were very small. The suite was the size of regular rooms at other hotels.

Nothing.
The room was dirty and there was construction going on everywhere inside. Nothing worked and it was very loud.
The motel was under massive construction. There were workers and nails and boards everywhere. Not a good experience in any form.
